DINE, Mexico’s premier real estate development company, proudly presents the team entrusted with client relationships for Punta Mita Properties, the exclusive on-site real estate sales and marketing organization of the acclaimed master-planned community. Punta Mita Properties has offices in the Punta Mita Real Estate Center – located in the heart of the community – as well as in both the St. Regis and Four Seasons resorts.
Marcelo López leads the sales and marketing team for Punta Mita Properties as Sales Director. As an owner himself, and with 15 years of experience working with Punta Mita’s master developer, DINE, Marcelo is well-known for his warm, engaging personality which has made him a favorite among residents and Punta Mita staff members.
Originally from Mazatlán, Mexico, he has been living in Riviera Nayarit since 2001 with his wife and two children. He first visited Punta Mita on a golf vacation in 2001 and was immediately captivated by the incredible natural beauty of the region. When the opportunity arose to join the team of Punta Mita Properties, Marcelo was eager to return to this beautiful paradise. He began his career in Punta Mita Properties in 2007 as a Junior Sales Associate, and through hard work and dedication he is now Sales Director for that same office. Not only does Marcelo bring his vast experience with real estate and negotiation to the table, but also his comprehensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and lifestyle.
Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Traci first visited Punta Mita over 20 years ago on a family vacation, setting the stage for her family to relocate and become a part of the Punta Mita community. Traci has built a solid reputation as a skilled negotiator, with an innate ability to serve and exceed her client’s expectations.
Originally joining Four Seasons Punta Mita in 2006, with the idea of having a year-long adventure in Mexico with her husband and young daughter, her success ultimately resulted in a relocation to Punta Mita permanently. As a member of the National Real Estate Association (NAR), Real Estate Association (CREA) and Saskatchewan Real Estate Association (SREA), Traci brought her knowledge of North American real estate standards and practices to her position with Four Seasons Punta Mita, successfully selling out the Four Seasons Residence Club and Private Residences projects as their top grossing sales manager and winner of the Presidents Club Award.
Traci began her real estate career with Century 21 Dome Realty in Saskatchewan, a leader in Canadian real estate despite its location in a small city. Traci was a top producing agent and her company led all other real estate firms in Canada in residential real estate sales. While there, she obtained the Centurion designation, placing her in the top 2% of agents nationwide. A journalism major, Traci began her business career in media sales as an executive with Canadian-based Global Communications.
Traci cares about her clients with unwavering professionalism. Her clients return to her to resell or augment their ownership and Traci has received countless client referrals, the business achievement of which she is most proud and the greatest testament to her success.
Kristin joined our Punta Mita Properties team in 2018. As a long-standing homeowner and resident in the resort, she is now living and working the lifestyle she loves!
Kristin spent six years selling the entire Bay of Banderas where she and her husband own multiple rental properties, as well as their Puerto Vallarta vacation home. She is a California native, growing up in the Bay Area, then migrating to Southern California for the weather and beautiful coastline. Kristin has been licensed by The California Association of Realtors for 20 years. Prior to her real-estate career she founded, owned/operated a six-store chain of successful coffee shops in the San Diego area. Realizing that she could use her entrepreneurial skills in real estate sales and investing, she sold her company and changed her life. Kristin and her husband have a second home in San Diego, giving them the flexibility to enjoy their families and grand kids.
As a passionate investor in Mexico and California, Kristin offers a unique set of skills for buyers/ investors looking to make Punta Mita the perfect fit for their real-estate portfolio. Her passion for people and real estate speaks for itself. Her keen eye for exceptional real estate opportunities, combined with her knowledge, dedication and sharp negotiation skills have created amazing value to her clients.
Known for his friendly personality, focusing on customer service, and his outstanding skills in public relations, Ignacio Benítez has extensive experience in real estate sales, communication, and marketing. Originally from Mexico City, where he grew up and graduated in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac México Campus Sur, Ignacio also completed a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing while living in Spain.
In 2007, he began his successful career in real estate at a renowned agency in Puerto Vallarta, where he worked for six years, was selected Top Producer for three consecutive years, and obtained important national and international certifications in AMPI, CIPS and CONOCER. In 2013, he founded Green Realty Mexico and has since become a distinguished real estate agent for his dedication, passion, community outreach, and sense of humor.
He currently lives in Nuevo Vallarta with his wife Paloma Auerbach and his two children, Aimee e Iñaki, and is the newest member of our talented sales team at Punta Mita Properties. Ignacio is highly trained and ready to advise you on the advantages of buying, selling, and investing in Punta Mita, always going one step further to support you throughout the process.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jorie takes an analytical and organized approach to every transaction, stemming from her background in commercial banking and private equity, with a degree in Finance.
Jorie brings experience and skill to investing in properties through her extensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and the end-to-end sales process. Known for her highly proficient approach and knowledgeable insight, Jorie expertly guides her clients through every aspect of the real estate buying and selling process, both in English and Spanish.
