Marcelo López leads the sales and marketing team for Punta Mita Properties as Sales Director. As an owner himself, and with 15 years of experience working with Punta Mita’s master developer, DINE, Marcelo is well-known for his warm, engaging personality which has made him a favorite among residents and Punta Mita staff members.

Originally from Mazatlán, Mexico, he has been living in Riviera Nayarit since 2001 with his wife and two children. He first visited Punta Mita on a golf vacation in 2001 and was immediately captivated by the incredible natural beauty of the region. When the opportunity arose to join the team of Punta Mita Properties, Marcelo was eager to return to this beautiful paradise. He began his career in Punta Mita Properties in 2007 as a Junior Sales Associate, and through hard work and dedication he is now Sales Director for that same office. Not only does Marcelo bring his vast experience with real estate and negotiation to the table, but also his comprehensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and lifestyle.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Traci first visited Punta Mita over 20 years ago on a family vacation, setting the stage for her family to relocate and become a part of the Punta Mita community. Traci has built a solid reputation as a skilled negotiator, with an innate ability to serve and exceed her client’s expectations.

Originally joining Four Seasons Punta Mita in 2006, with the idea of having a year-long adventure in Mexico with her husband and young daughter, her success ultimately resulted in a relocation to Punta Mita permanently. As a member of the National Real Estate Association (NAR), Real Estate Association (CREA) and Saskatchewan Real Estate Association (SREA), Traci brought her knowledge of North American real estate standards and practices to her position with Four Seasons Punta Mita, successfully selling out the Four Seasons Residence Club and Private Residences projects as their top grossing sales manager and winner of the Presidents Club Award.

Traci began her real estate career with Century 21 Dome Realty in Saskatchewan, a leader in Canadian real estate despite its location in a small city. Traci was a top producing agent and her company led all other real estate firms in Canada in residential real estate sales. While there, she obtained the Centurion designation, placing her in the top 2% of agents nationwide. A journalism major, Traci began her business career in media sales as an executive with Canadian-based Global Communications.

Traci cares about her clients with unwavering professionalism. Her clients return to her to resell or augment their ownership and Traci has received countless client referrals, the business achievement of which she is most proud and the greatest testament to her success.

Known for his friendly personality, focusing on customer service, and his outstanding skills in public relations, Ignacio Benítez has extensive experience in real estate sales, communication, and marketing. Originally from Mexico City, where he grew up and graduated in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac México Campus Sur, Ignacio also completed a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing while living in Spain.

In 2007, he began his successful career in real estate at a renowned agency in Puerto Vallarta, where he worked for six years, was selected Top Producer for three consecutive years, and obtained important national and international certifications in AMPI, CIPS and CONOCER. In 2013, he founded Green Realty Mexico and has since become a distinguished real estate agent for his dedication, passion, community outreach, and sense of humor.

He currently lives in Nuevo Vallarta with his wife Paloma Auerbach and his two children, Aimee e Iñaki. Ignacio is highly trained and ready to advise you on the advantages of buying, selling, and investing in Punta Mita, always going one step further to support you throughout the process.

Originally from London, Catherine began in investment banking at Deutsche Bank before moving to Mexico in 2000. She quickly became a pioneer in property sales along the Riviera Nayarit and Punta de Mita corridor, founding Pacific Boutique Properties with three offices along the coast. Later, in Spain, she launched Madrid Boutique Properties, specializing in high-end turnkey apartments. Following the pandemic and a renewed desire for a lifestyle rooted in connection and nature, she returned to Mexico with her Spanish husband and four children.

A graduate of King’s College London with a BA in French and Spanish, Catherine’s international perspective, trilingual fluency, and unmatched knowledge of our region make her an invaluable asset. We’re delighted to welcome her back to Punta Mita and confident she will bring energy, insight, and exceptional service to our clients.

Jackie brings nearly a decade of residency in Bahía de Banderas, strong ties to both Vail, Colorado, and Punta Mita, and a perspective shaped by life in two world-class resort destinations.
Originally from Vail, she built a career that blends luxury travel, real estate, and finance, always with a focus on exceptional client service.

A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Business Marketing, Jackie has over 20 years of professional experience, including roles at Land Title Guarantee Company, Colorado Capital Investments, and nearly a decade with a global luxury hospitality leader. She is known for her white-glove service and lasting client relationships.

Now as Sales Executive with Punta Mita Properties, Jackie combines market knowledge, hospitality expertise, and transactional skills to guide clients with confidence and care. She lives in Nuevo Vallarta with her husband, John McIntyre (Director of Golf at Punta Mita), and their cat, Hache. In her free time, she enjoys Punta Mita’s walking paths, beach clubs, and playing top golf courses across North America.
